Beijing to Shanghai
For the last day in Beijing, we headed out to the Temple of Heaven. This temple was used by the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties to honor the gods of harvests. It is a beautiful sight and right outside you will find the locals gambling and exercising.
Right after looking around, we headed out to the airport to catch a flight out to Shanghai.
And once arriving to Shanghai, we took the bus out to Suzhou where we ended the day. It was a brief day filled with more travel time, but the visit to the temple sure made it a good day.
